Terms of Service

The service

Monti is an automation browser you control with Claude and Codex. You are responsible for how you use it and for complying with the terms of any third-party sites and services you access through it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and organization.

Plans, billing & taxes

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, who handles payment and any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and downgrades your organization to the free plan. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer law — contact info@montigate.com.

Acceptable use

You may not use Monti for unlawful activity, fraud, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MontiGate LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
